Tarih ayn\u0131 dini inan\u00e7lara sahip olan insanlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck toplumsal olaylarda kar\u015f\u0131 saflarda \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6rnekleri ile doludur. Her dini lider, dini kitap metinlerini yeni sisteme uygun olarak de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015f ve m\u00fcritlerine yeni bir d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc sunarak ayakta kalabilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130slam da bu anlamda di\u011fer dinlerle ayn\u0131 yoldan ilerlemi\u015ftir. Yedinci y\u00fczy\u0131lda t\u00fcccar bir toplulukta ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p, baz\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck imparatorluklar\u0131n bu \u00f6\u011fretiyi benimsemesi ile yayg\u0131nla\u015f\u0131p, kapitalizmde baz\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck devletlerin resmi ideolojisi, di\u011fer taraftan ise baz\u0131 muhalif hareketlerin \u00f6\u011fretisi olarak ya\u015famaya devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle 1979 \u0130ran Devrimi ile birlikte islami hareketlerin Ortado\u011fu\u2019daki siyasi geli\u015fmeler \u00fczerindeki etkisi \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imde artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Baz\u0131 \u00fclkelerde iktidarda, baz\u0131 \u00fclkelerde ise muhalefette olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7 odaklar\u0131 halindedirler. \u0130slamc\u0131l\u0131k ak\u0131m\u0131 as\u0131l olarak Muhammed peygamberin ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu y\u00fczy\u0131ldaki saf dini inan\u00e7lara geri d\u00f6nme temeline dayand\u0131r\u0131lmakta, bozulan toplumu yeniden din temelinde safla\u015ft\u0131rma hareketi olarak tan\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131r. Bu bir taraftan modern d\u00fcnyan\u0131n k\u0131smi olarak reddi anlam\u0131na gelse de ger\u00e7ekte bu hareketler (baz\u0131 k\u00f6ktendinci ak\u0131mlar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda) bulunduklar\u0131 y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 reddetmeyip denge sa\u011flamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. \u0130slami hareket, m\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00fclkelerin \u201cs\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclmeleri\u201d ve geri kalm\u0131\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n temelinde g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri bat\u0131 emperyalizmine ve bunun yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplumsal \u201cyozla\u015fma\u201dya kar\u015f\u0131 Muhammed\u2019den devrald\u0131klar\u0131 kavramlar\u0131 sloganla\u015ft\u0131ran, modern bir harekettir. \u0130slam, zenginlere daha az ezmeyi ve servetlerinin bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 yard\u0131m olarak da\u011f\u0131tmay\u0131 \u00f6nerirken, fakirlere ba\u015fkald\u0131rmamay\u0131, sabretmeyi, h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k yapmamay\u0131 \u00f6\u011f\u00fctler. Bu arada kalm\u0131\u015f ideolojisi ile islami hareket, burjuvazi-i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc belirleyemeyerek savrulur.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130slami ak\u0131mlar\u0131n esas toplumsal taban\u0131 geli\u015fen kapitalizmin yoksulla\u015fma tehdidi alt\u0131nda kalan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck burjuvazi ve \u201cyeni orta s\u0131n\u0131f\u201dt\u0131r. Bu, fa\u015fist hareketlerin de toplumsal taban\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Her ne kadar islami hareket, fa\u015fizm ile ayn\u0131 toplumsal tabana sahip olsa da (T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yayg\u0131n bo\u015f inan\u0131n aksine) islami hareket, bir \u00e7e\u015fit fa\u015fizm de\u011fildir; tarihte ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kan \u201ck\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck burjuva radikalizmi\u201dnin (Arjantin\u2019deki peronizm, M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019daki nas\u0131rizm ve hatta T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki kemalizme kadar) fa\u015fizmden farkl\u0131 bir t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. Fa\u015fist hareket, burjuvazinin i\u00e7inden \u00e7\u0131kamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 derin bir krizle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck burjuvaziyi i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 bir sopa olarak kullanmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu anlam\u0131yla fa\u015fizm, kapitalizmin sopal\u0131 savunusudur. \u0130slami hareket ise i\u00e7inde antikapitalist \u00f6\u011feler ve sloganlar da bar\u0131nd\u0131ran, \u00e7eli\u015fkili bir harekettir. \u0130slami hareket, fa\u015fizmin aksine do\u011frudan i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 hareketini ve \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yok etme temelli bir ideoloji olmamas\u0131d\u0131r. Sermayenin sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmek i\u00e7in burjuvazi ad\u0131na kendini feda etmez. Fa\u015fist hareketlerin neredeyse hi\u00e7 tercih etmedi\u011fi \u015fekilde devletle do\u011frudan silahl\u0131 m\u00fccadeleye girebilir. Emperyalizmin do\u011frudan ajanlar\u0131 olmak yerine, anti emperyalist sloganlar\u0131 benimseyerek kapitalizmin \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na zarar vermekten ka\u00e7\u0131nmaz. Elbette k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck burjuvazinin bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131 savunma ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z hareket edebilme yetene\u011finin olmamas\u0131, nihayetinde iktidara geldi\u011finde veya g\u00fc\u00e7lendi\u011finde islami harekete de kapitalizmi i\u015fletmekten ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmekten ba\u015fka se\u00e7enek tan\u0131maz.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130slami hareketlerin y\u00fckselmesi t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada, ama \u00f6zellikle Ortado\u011fu\u2019da sol a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kafa kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131na neden oldu. Sol birbirinden farkl\u0131 tarzlarda geli\u015fen bu hareketleri anlamak i\u00e7in yerel k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck gruplar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmek yerine b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak s\u0131n\u0131fsal temeline bakmay\u0131 ihmal ederek iki z\u0131t yakla\u015f\u0131m geli\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Birincisi islamc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 gericilik yani fa\u015fist bir hareket olarak yorumlayan anlay\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130ran Devrimi\u2019nden sonra \u00fclkedeki sol, Humeyni rejimini fa\u015fist olarak tan\u0131mlad\u0131 ve bu teoriden yola \u00e7\u0131karak devrim \u00f6ncesinde Humeyni\u2019nin gerici politikalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 liberal burjuvazi ile ittifak yapmam\u0131\u015f olmay\u0131 hata olarak kabul etti.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kincisi ise bunun tersine islamc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ezilenlerin anti-emperyalist bir hareketi olarak g\u00f6ren yakla\u015f\u0131md\u0131r. \u0130ran Devrimi\u2019nin hemen arifesinde \u0130ran solunun bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 benimsemi\u015f ve neredeyse Humeyni hareketine ko\u015fulsuz destek vermi\u015flerdi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu iki yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n da hatal\u0131 oldu\u011fu Chris Harman\u2019\u0131n makalesinde net olarak ortaya koyulmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de Refah-Yol h\u00fck\u00fcmeti ile ba\u015flayan s\u00fcre\u00e7te ayn\u0131 hatal\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mlar belirmi\u015f ve kafa kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sol aras\u0131nda hatal\u0131 analizlere ve yanl\u0131\u015f stratejilere yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu nedenle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Refah Partisi ile y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131 parlayan islami hareket, devamc\u0131s\u0131 AKP ile uzun d\u00f6nem iktidarda kalmay\u0131 ba\u015farm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. D\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunun neredeyse be\u015fte birinin mensup oldu\u011fu din olarak \u0130slam ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 say\u0131da taraftar\u0131 olan politik gruplar\u0131n tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131 aras\u0131nda yayg\u0131n bir kafa kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu. Nas\u0131l ki Katoliklik bat\u0131 Avrupa sosyal demokrat partileri veya Protestanl\u0131k Ian Paisley&#8217;nin partisi ile \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015ftirilemeyecekse din olarak \u0130slam da \u0130slami politik gruplarla ayn\u0131 kefeye koyulamaz.<\/p>\n<p>Konu hakk\u0131ndaki tart\u0131\u015fmalar genellikle politik gruplar\u0131n &#8220;fanatikler&#8221;, &#8220;deliler&#8221; ve &#8220;deli mollalar&#8221; taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netildi\u011fi ve bunlar\u0131n da &#8220;\u015feytani&#8221; oldu\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcnde. Sol muhalifler bile benzeri g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler savunuyor. &#8220;Fa\u015fist&#8221; tan\u0131mlamas\u0131 ABD&#8217;nin daha \u00f6nceki askeri maceralar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kan Christopher Hitchens&#8217;\u0131n, Afganistan&#8217;da \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n bombalar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda g\u00f6m\u00fclmesini mazur g\u00f6stermesine zemin haz\u0131rlad\u0131. Bir insan\u0131n neden kanser oldu\u011funu anlamak onun \u00e7ekti\u011fi ac\u0131y\u0131 ve \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc mazur g\u00f6rmek anlam\u0131na gelmez. Arap yar\u0131madas\u0131ndan bir grup gencin kendi\u00adleriyle birlikte 3.000 ki\u015fiyi neden \u00f6ld\u00fcrd\u00fcklerini anlamak onlar\u0131 destekle\u00admek anlam\u0131na gelmez. M\u00fcsl\u00fcman erkeklerin, kad\u0131nlar\u0131 neden t\u00fcrban tak\u00admaya zorlad\u0131klar\u0131 ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kad\u0131nlar\u0131n da neden bunu destekledik\u00adlerini anlamak, kad\u0131n\u0131n kurtulu\u015fu m\u00fccadelesinden vazge\u00e7mek anlam\u0131na gelmez.<\/p>\n<p>Bu bro\u015f\u00fcr International Socialism (Uluslararas\u0131 Sosyalizm) dergisinde 1994&#8217;te ilk kez yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu olguyu anlamam\u0131za katk\u0131 sa\u011flamay\u0131 hedefliyordu. Bro\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcn temel tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 11 Eyl\u00fcl sonras\u0131 ve &#8220;ter\u00f6rizme kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015f&#8221;\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir ortamda daha da \u00f6nemli bir hale geldi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130slami hareket, K. Afrika&#8217;dan Bengal k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131na kadar uzanan b\u00f6lgede ya\u015fayan y\u00fcz milyonlarca insan\u0131n hayat\u0131 \u00fczerinde emperyalizmin etkileri\u00adni g\u00f6rmeden anla\u015f\u0131lamaz. Bengal&#8217;in 1757&#8217;de Britanya taraf\u0131ndan fethiyle M\u0131s\u0131r&#8217;\u0131n 1798&#8217;de Napolyon taraf\u0131ndan i\u015fgalinden bu yana bat\u0131l\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7ler askeri g\u00fc\u00e7lerini kullanarak b\u00f6lgeye egemenliklerini dayatt\u0131lar. Son derece kanl\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar yaratan askeri i\u015fgaller o zamandan bu yana s\u00fcrmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Sava\u015f ve i\u015fgalin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 devam ediyor. Ancak 1980&#8217;lere gelindi\u011finde ulusalc\u0131 y\u00f6netimler, d\u00fcnya sistemiyle \u00e7o\u011funlukla uzla\u015ft\u0131.
